At Scallop Shack Farms, we are committed to delivering our wild-caught scallops to you as quickly and reliably as possible, while ensuring they arrive frozen and in top condition. Please read the following information carefully regarding how we handle shipping.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air to preserve product quality and ensure your scallops arrive frozen. We use special insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain proper temperature during transit.

We offer flat rate shipping based on your region, which will be automatically calculated at checkout. This helps ensure transparent pricing and timely delivery based on your location.
Delivery Guarantee
While we work closely with UPS to monitor shipments, Scallop Shack Farms is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package leaves our facility. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information, which will be sent to you when your order ships.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
MISSED OR STOLEN DELIVERIES
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. Scallop Shack Farms is not liable for stolen or misplaced packages once they are marked as delivered. However, we encourage you to reach out to us at team@scallopshackfarms.com and we will do our best to assist you.
ORDER ISSUES OR CONCERNS
If your order arrives damaged, partially thawed, or not as expected, please contact us at team@scallopshackfarms.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, if possible. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
